This home, originally constructed in 1914 as a semi-detached cottage, underwent a meticulous renovation in 2015 by Melanie Tomlinson, Owner & Director of MT Design. Her vision was to transform it into an ‘inner city family home’, blending original period features with contemporary living.

The renovation expanded the space to encompass two levels of living accommodation, seamlessly integrating modern conveniences with traditional Victorian charm. This juxtaposition is evident throughout the home, with a sleek contemporary monochrome kitchen representing modern-day living, whilst Victorian aesthetics are showcased through personal artifacts and family heirlooms.
