Melanie Tomlinson Design were delighted to be contacted by a former client – having previously designed their city home they were now seeking a quieter life with a ‘City to Surf’ move to the coastal town of Terrigal, NSW. The overall design brief aimed to achieve a ‘coastal glamour’ aesthetic, blending the modernities of city life with the tranquillity of beachside living. ​

Capturing the client’s desire to make the most of the panoramic views from their new home, spatial planning was key. This involved seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, reflected in large windows and sliding doors that opened all living areas onto exterior spaces.
